Position:
Villa Supervisor (Part-Time)
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee on-site villa operations on a project or assigned schedule basis (part-time)
- Ensure villas are clean, well-maintained, and ready for guest arrival
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, and Front Office teams as needed
- Conduct routine inspections and report any issues or maintenance needs
- Handle guest requests or on-site concerns when assigned
- Ensure service standards and operational procedures are followed
- Support pre-opening setup and operational readiness if required
- Provide regular updates and reports on property condition and operations
General Qualification:
- Minimum 2–3 years experience in villa, hotel, or hospitality operations
- Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently and manage on-site responsibilities
- Good communication skills in English
- Flexible availability based on operational needs
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and responsible
- Well-groomed and professional
- Available to join immediately
