General Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a GRO / Front Office / Reservation staff
- Well-groomed, presentable, and professional appearance
- Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (spoken and written)
- Proficient in operating VHP systems
- Strong ability to handle guest complaints effectively
- Detail-oriented, accurate, and able to multitask
- Guest satisfaction-oriented mindset
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Willing to work on a shift basis
