Job Title: Chief Accountant

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and professional Chief Accountant to oversee the full spectrum of financial and accounting operations in our hospitality property. The ideal candidate has a solid background in accounting, taxation, and financial reporting systems, with proven experience in the hospitality sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the accounting team within the hotel/villa operations.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly and annual financial reports.
- Oversee all financial transactions including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger.
- Manage cash flow and budgeting processes.
- Conduct regular bank reconciliations.
- Ensure tax compliance (VAT, Withholding Tax, Corporate Tax, etc.).
- Coordinate with external and internal auditors.
- Provide financial analysis to support strategic decision-making by management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP (PSAK) and local taxation.
- Experience working in an international-standard hospitality company.
- Holding Brevet A & B tax certification.
- Familiarity with hotel POS systems and their integration with accounting systems.
