Kumpul Kumpul Villa (www.kumpul-kumpul.com) is looking for a suitable candidate to fill the following
position
Job Title: Guest Support Officer
Location: JL Raya Seminyak. GG Tamansari No.2 . (Sebrang Sun Island Villa). Bali 80361
Responsibilities
1. Welcoming check-in guests and daily greeting of in-house guests, ensuring their stay is comfortable. Solving any issue that may arise and assisting with guests’ inquiries.
2. Front desk tasks such as
• Paperwork – printing welcome notes, registration forms, notices, feedback forms.
• System – Updating guests’ data in the system such as uploading scanned documents, emails address, etc.
• Transport & Activities – Arranging airport transfer, tours, massages with villa vendors. Sending thank you emails after check-out. Requesting feedbacks and online reviews.
• Monthly Reporting and other ad-hoc duties.
3. In charge of maintaining online reviews/ratings in travel sites.
4. Six working days a week from 9am to 5pm or 12 noon to 8pm.
Requirements
1. Fluency in English language in both oral and written is essential. This position requires daily conversation and interaction with guests, therefore a confident speaker is required.
2. Meticulous, pleasant, outgoing personality. Team player and ability to solve problems efficiently. Female preferred, male are welcomed to apply.
3. Min 2 years of experience in hospitality industry is necessary. Previous job experience that requires conversation and interaction with guests in English (oral & written) such as Guest Relations, Guest Service, Reservation Agent, Reception etc will be considered.
4. Indonesian national & currently residing in Bali.
Education Requirements
Minimum education is Diploma D3 with at least two years of experience in the industry.
