Klapa Resort Bali is urgently looking a talented and passionate candidate to join our team for the following position :

• Executive Chef

General requirements :
– Min 2 years of experiences as Head Chef of 3 Yeras of sous Chef
– Formal Culinary training preferred
– Excellent kitchen management
– Passionate and Creative in cooking & improving overall quality in food production
– Prepare high quality food using standard recipes
– Good knowledge on food costing
– Has strong-positive attitude and pleasant personality as a leader
– High sense of responsibility and dynamic person
– Comfortable commucating in English

Job Description :
– Actively in charge to open and close the kitchen and ensures that all food safety, consistency and quality issues are well controlled
– Responsible for creating the weekly schedule for kitchen staff as well as their training plan
– Conducting monthly food all kitchen and its staff management
