QUALIFICATION:

- Strong interpersonal, detail-oriented, problem solver and strong communication skill
- Ability to work under deadline pressures, and maintain effective working relationships
- Ability to effectively manage several projects in parallel
- A creative individual who is a positive and energetic team player
- Excellent command in English both written and oral
- Min 3 years as General Manager in Boutique Resort or 5 stars hotel
- Min 5 years as Operation Manager or similar position
- Strategic thinker and target oriented
- Very high skill in construction project
- Able to join immediately
