To us, a CHRM is the go-to person for all employee-related issues that involves managing activities such as job design, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development and talent management as well promoting corporate values and shaping a positive culture is a vital aspect of a complete CHRM job description and specification.
Qualifications:

- A bachelor’s degree in human resources, labor relations, organizational development, business or related area; relevant work experience may be a substitute.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
- Knowledge of a broad range of human resource strategies and practices, including compensation, performance management, safety, hiring and employee relations; able to apply these strategies and practices in compliance with employment regulations.
- Ability to create a culture of diversity, inclusivity, collaboration and teamwork.
- Experience with analyzing data to guide strategic employment planning.
- Proven working experience as for similar position for at least 2 years.
- People oriented and results driven.
- Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics.
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
- Minimum 2 years of previous experiences for similar position
