- Candidate must possess minimum Bachelor Degree (S-1) or Diploma-4 any major
- Have experience interning in Human Resources Department will be an advantage
- Good in communication
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Hands-on team player with a positive attitude, hard worker and discipline
- Pro-active and willing to take challenge
