CHAPUNG SEBALI, a luxury boutique resort in UBUD with 22 Suites & Villas, together with its popular Jungle Fish Pool Bar, a fine dining establishment The Upper Deck, and the Chapung Spa, is currently seeking to fill the following position:
DIRECTOR OF SALES & MARKETING
Functions as the leader of Chapung Sebali’s Sales, Marketing, and Events department. Working closely with the General Manager, you will be responsible of steering the resort’s financial performance by maximizing sales efforts, implement creative marketing ideas, develop the wedding and event business and direct revenue targets, yield strategies and reservation procedures. Through your inspirational leadership, you will be able to create and execute the Sales & Marketing plan by managing the day-to-day activities and training program of your team, in order to successfully achieve the revenue budgets of each of the Resort’s department.
Qualifications:
• High understanding of the market situation
• At least 10 years’ experience in Sales & Marketing with previous experience as Director of Sales & Marketing in a luxury Hotel
• Minimum Diploma, desirably a Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing or Hospitality Management
• Effectively communicates with all departments
• Able to analyze and interpret data
• A strong leader who is an initiative motivator, self-starter, committed to professional values and team builder
