Qualifications:

- Min Bachelor Degree in Marketing (1)
- Min Diploma degree in relevant education (2,3)
- Min 2 years experience in a similar role (1,2,3)
- Experience working in a hotel that predominately focuses on domestic market and has a proven record of success (1,2,3)
- Proactive approach to focus on increasing the domestic market (1,2,3)
- Strong leadership skill and detail oriented (1)
- Can lead and motivate the team to achieve the target set by the company (1)
- Excellent communication skill both English and Indonesian (1,2,3)
- Familiar and be able to use all the social media platforms and actively update knowledge and skill through the social media promotion (3)
- Existing contacts with agents and suppliers and always maintain a good communication and relation (1,2)
- Must be able to show results (1,2,3)
- Familiar with VHP System will be an advantage (1,2,3)
- Have driving license both SIM A & SIM C (1,2)
- Appealing, pleasant, outgoing, energetic and has strong results driven personality (1,2,3)
