General Requirements for the above positions:

- Minimum Education background is SMA/SMK (Position No. 2, 3) and D1 (Position No. 1, 4)
- Relevant educational background with the position being applied (for trainee)
- Have minimum 1 year (Position No. 2, 3, 4) and 2 years (Position No. 1) experience with same position
- Understand about Civil and Finishing (Position No. 3)
- Understand about Mechanical Electrical Plumbing (Position No. 3)
- Proficiency with computers and computer programs, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook (Position No. 1)
- Display a confident, professional manner, good commands in both written and spoken English (Position No. 1, 2, 4)
- Highly motivated, honest, disciplined, hard worker, passionate, and energetic (All position)
- Able to work as a team as well as to perform individually (All position)
- Able to speak in English (All position)
