Requirement :
• Max 35 years old (1 – 8)
• Excellent communication skills and corespondence in English (1 – 8)
• Relevant education background with the position (1 – 8)
• Able to work in part of team & independent and able to work under pressure (1 – 8)
• Experienced minimum is 2 year at the same position (1 – 8)
• Able work with good work ethic, good in self-motivation, professional attitude, and have ability to handle multiple task (1 – 8)
• Has experience in real estate & investment office work (3)
• Able to do a web sites, email newsletters, social media, contracts and agreements, etc. (3)
• Has programming skill and knowledge of modern HTML/CSS (4)
• Able to understand of how web applications work including security, session management, and best development practices (4)
• Familiar with all the main designers tools, a working knowledge of desktop design software, such as Illustrator, InDesign or QuarkXPress, and image-editing packages such as Photoshop (5)
• Able to create videos according to request and can use adobe premiere pro, final cut pro x, etc. (5)
