Requirements:

- 2 years experience in similar position at modern kitchen/restaurant
- Passionate about meat, seafood, fermentation and dry aging
- Having significant experience working in a fast paced and high-pressure environment
- Enjoy working as a part of high performing team and have a friendly and
- professional demeanor
- Fluent in English is an advantage.
- Based in Bali.
